Can Tirana is a spacious and comfortable villa set in a peaceful location at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, just a short drive from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç. Surrounded by countryside and beautiful mountain scenery, it offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and easy access to some of Mallorca’s most attractive beaches and villages.

The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with a 12 m x 6 m private swimming pool, sunny terraces and plenty of space to relax outdoors. A covered terrace provides a comfortable area for outdoor dining and enjoying meals together, while the barbecue and table tennis make the garden ideal for spending time with family and friends.

Inside, the villa is bright, spacious and welcoming. The living and dining area has been recently updated with new, comfortable sofas, creating a fresh and relaxing space for guests to unwind. Large windows and doors provide plenty of natural light and open onto the garden and terraces, creating a pleasant connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The kitchen has been completely renovated and is now modern, stylish and fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing accommodation for up to six guests. The bedrooms are bright and tastefully furnished, with air conditioning and TV. All three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for families and groups of friends.
