My name is David A Ashby and I would like to welcome you to the MHL VILLAS website. We specialise in offering villas for your holiday in the North of Mallorca since the 4th of April 2000.

I am the second generation of an english family that came to Mallorca and stayed. I speak fluent English/Spanish and Mallorcan and have a good knowledge of accommodation in Mallorca. I am a qualified sales consultant and am based in Puerto Pollensa and can supply you with a real knowledge of each property.

Our small independent agency specialising in a range of villas / apartments located in the Puerto Pollensa region.

We pride ourselves on personal service, quality, cleanliness and value for money.

To keep our overheads down we decided not to produce an expensive colour brochure as we prefer to be able to provide a cheaper deal for your holiday.

We currently have a small amount of properties on our books, allowing us to provide an excellent customer service and eye for detail which we feel each client deserves when looking for the perfect villa/apartment holiday.

Our large number of repeat clients returning year after year testifies to our standards.

For a resort that will enchant you, choose Port Pollença, Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç.

For a small agency that really cares about your holiday enjoyment choose MHL VILLAS and call David at any time on 0034 655 812 200 or email reservas@mallorcaholidaylet.com
