CONDITIONS 

The rental contract is sealed by confirmation from us with a e-meal.

The accorded rental price includes all kind of additional costs. 30% of the total rental must be paid when you make your reservation. The rest of the payment must be done the latest 8 weeks before your arrival to the accommodation. If the balance is not paid at this time we reserve the right to terminate the contract between us and retain the full amount of the deposit.

If your reservation is made within less than 8 weeks of your arrival to the accomodation the full payment will be required.

Cancellations ( Please take a note of the following charges) From the moment of your reservation until 60 days before your arrival to the accommodation we keep the deposit paid to be used in a future villa holiday. From the moment of your reservation and within 60 days of your arrival to the accommodation we charge you 100% of the total price.

The contract is valid from 15:00 hrs of your arrival day to accommodation until 10:00 hrs on the day of vacating the property.

When you land on Mallorca you must use the instruction that were send to you to how get to villa, as soon as you land you may call us to be aware of you arrival in accommodation.

The pool man looks after the pool, this one works on a timer.

The gardener takes care of the garden and they try to have the villas ready for your arrival

You are supplied with towels for the bathrooms and extra bigger towels for the pool.

Many clients repeat and travel with us year after year and for this reason our villas get booked up very early To avoid disappointment, if you have a property that is of interest to you, we are happy to pre-register your choice and dates for the following year. Pre-registration can be made by telephone or e-mail. However if you pre-book in resort this will be subject to a important discount.
